PILATES

The Pilates exercise method is designed to strengthen your core and create fine-tuned and agile muscles. Other benefits include improvements in your overall coordination, posture and flexibility. Exercises are performed in individual and group classes using mats, props or Pilates equipment.

At Precision Pilates Studio we are dedicated to helping you reach your fitness goals through classical Pilates tailored for your life.
